Bali Malayali was founded in 2023 by Adhil P Bhaskaran after nearly two years spent mapping Bali's ground operations, luxury villa networks, and logistics from the inside. The conclusion was simple: the standard “Bali package” sold to Indian travellers was broken — generic itineraries, zero customization, and operations outsourced to whoever was cheapest that week.
The company was built as the opposite: a destination management company that owns its operations. Every trip is designed one at a time by trip architects who live in Bali, executed by an in-house team of 15, and driven in the company's own 73-vehicle fleet — from Toyota Alphards to Mercedes-Benz sedans. Guests speak to the same team before, during, and after the trip, in Malayalam, Hindi, or English.
Bali Malayali operates under PT Nomad Global Ventures, an officially registered Indonesian corporate entity — corporate stability underneath personal accountability. The name is a commitment, not a gimmick: built by a Malayali, in Bali, for travellers who want the island handled properly.
