The turtle sanctuary on Meno's north coast rehabilitates injured sea turtles and releases hatchlings. The island can be walked around in about 90 minutes.

For divers, the Gili Islands offer exceptional conditions. Visibility regularly exceeds 25 meters, water temperatures hover around 28 degrees Celsius year-round, and sites like Shark Point deliver reliable sightings of reef sharks, sea turtles, and occasionally eagle rays. Even first-time divers can complete a PADI Open Water course during a 3-night stay.

The return to Bali for a final night in Seminyak provides a satisfying bookend. After the rustic simplicity of the Gilis, Seminyak's restaurant scene and boutique shopping feel newly luxurious. A farewell dinner at a place you discovered on day one brings the journey full circle.
