Two weeks unlocks all of Bali plus the surrounding islands. Ubud, volcanoes, Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, the Gili Islands, hidden waterfalls, and unhurried days where the island reveals its true self.
Plan My 2-Week TripTwo weeks is the definitive Bali trip: Ubud culture, Mount Batur sunrise, East Bali temples, Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, the Gili Islands, world-class diving, and unhurried days where the island truly reveals itself. Three island groups in one journey.

The complete Indonesian island experience — Bali, Nusa Islands, and the Gilis
The trip that leaves nothing on the table
Bali, the Nusa Islands (Penida, Lembongan, Ceningan), and the Gili Islands — three distinct island ecosystems in one trip.
From a 1,717-meter volcanic summit to 25-meter-visibility coral reefs, two weeks covers the full spectrum of Indonesian landscapes.
With 14 days, every experience gets the time it deserves. No choosing between the waterfall and the temple — you get both.
We coordinate every boat transfer, accommodation switch, and island connection. Four islands, zero logistics stress.
Two weeks is the trip where you stop being a tourist and start feeling like a temporary local. The first few days are spent hitting the iconic landmarks — Tegallalang, Tanah Lot, the Monkey Forest. But by day five or six, something shifts. You develop favorite cafes, nod at familiar faces, and start taking the back roads because a driver showed you a shortcut through a village that smelled like incense and frangipani.
The Nusa Islands deserve more than the single-day treatment they get on shorter trips. Nusa Lembongan, connected to tiny Nusa Ceningan by a yellow pedestrian bridge, has a character completely distinct from mainland Bali. The seaweed farms along its coast have been the island's economic backbone for decades — rows of wooden frames stretching into turquoise shallows, tended by farmers wading waist-deep at dawn. Devil's Tear, where the Indian Ocean smashes into a limestone shelf and sends spray 20 meters into the air, is raw natural power on display.
East Bali is the region most visitors never reach, and that is precisely why it belongs in a 2-week itinerary. Tirta Gangga, a former royal water palace with ornate fountains and koi-filled pools, sits in the shadow of Mount Agung. Lempuyang Temple — the 'Gates of Heaven' — frames Mount Agung through a split gate in one of Indonesia's most photographed compositions. The drive there passes through villages where life moves at a pace that modern Bali has largely left behind.
The Jatiluwih Rice Terraces in west Bali are a UNESCO World Heritage Site covering over 600 hectares — vastly larger and far less crowded than Tegallalang. Walking the paths between the paddies, with no other tourists in sight, offers a meditative quality that the more famous terraces can no longer provide.
By the time you reach the Gili Islands in the second week, the contrast is electric. No cars, no motorbikes, no traffic noise. Just bicycles, horse carts, and the sound of waves. The underwater world here — particularly the sculpture garden on Gili Meno's seabed and the reef sharks at Shark Point — represents some of Indonesia's most accessible marine encounters.
The final night back in Seminyak closes the loop. A three-hour spa session followed by dinner at a restaurant you first noticed on day one creates a sense of completion that shorter trips cannot match. Two weeks in Bali is not twice the trip of one week — it is an entirely different experience.
